About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound customer interactions, ensuring excellent service delivery, timely issue resolution, and a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Conduct outbound calls for customer follow-ups, surveys, collections, or service updates.
- Accurately record customer interactions and update relevant systems.
- Identify opportunities to resolve customer issues quickly and improve satisfaction.
- Work closely with team members and other departments to provide a seamless customer experience.

- Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and GDPR.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or business support (inbound/outbound) is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and other customer service tools.
